EDEN TECHNOLOGY provides design solutions for launching gantries with both top and bottom launching structures designed for positioning and erecting precast concrete segments. Our latest projects have been improved and optimised thanks to the consolidated experience acquired from working on a vast number of machines designed and manufactured for construction sites worldwide.
The current project we are working on consists of an easy to assembly and disassemble lightweight structure, highly practical purposely designed for hoisting segments from any position with an increased lifting travel at a high lifting speed. This particular launching gantry has been designed so as to be adapted to work on other construction projects in this way eliminating the limitations of a machine designed just for one specific job. We always aim at providing solutions with a maximum return on investment.

Over the last few years several projects have been perfected for a broad range of beam weights and sizes, and the experience acquired has allowed us to develop and perfect structural and functional features increasing machine performance resulting in a reduction on construction times.

EDEN TECHNOLOGY designs launching gantries for positioning single beam bridge spans thanks to the unique experience our experts have in this area and who since the seventies have been developing this construction method. At that time moving and positioning a 550 ton span was considered impossible and who suggested such an idea was thought to be mad. Today, our experience and know-how has proved this conception wrong as we were the ones who took the industry down this precise road allowing us to acquire our unique experience and skill in this specific area. Precasting single beams for an entire bridge span has allowed civil engineering companies to achieve a high-quality final construction and our equipment designed and manufactured for constructing all of this are none the less, always respecting and without neglecting fundamental requirements as safety and high-performance.
